We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded boutique law firm based in the heart of London. Recognised in the Legal 500 for Commercial Property, they are celebrated for their bespoke legal services, innovative solutions, and exceptional client care.

Key responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and providing property support on corporate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with HNWI and luxury retail brands, ensuring exceptional service and understanding of their specific needs.
- Work collaboratively within the team while managing cases independently with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, including generating work and fostering new client relationships.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's commercial property practice, benefiting from the boutique environment where your contributions are highly valued.
Qualifications
- PQE: Minimum of 6+ years, with experience at a reputable City/West End or top regional firm.
- Proven ability to manage complex property transactions and client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated history of generating work; a following is desirable but not essential.
- A self-starter with strong business development skills and a proactive approach.
