Job description

Work with Commercial and functional peers to develop high-quality tender submissions

Work with the Head of Commercial Revenue to develop a rolling tendering strategy

Build and update tendering models and proposals

Improve the tendering process and develop efficiencies

Reduce manual timelines to enable greater thought leadership Present business cases and tender summaries to senior stakeholders, internal and external

Review contract performance vs. tender expectations

Evaluate London Bus market to assess market competition

Work with TfL to deliver on proposed tender plans and network amendments

Negotiate the best outcome to deliver for London's passengers and business outcomes

Knowledge of TfL Bus tendering processes

TfL Bus network and Bus Action Plan

Key accounting principles and metrics

Negotiation and account management

Strong commercial acumen

Staff management of diverse teams

Health & Safety compliance
