More about the role & team

The Senior Collections Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely payment of open invoices. This role will utilize Aging Reports to contact clients when invoices are due for payment. The Senior Collections Specialist will facilitate resolution for payment, post cash receipts, and will escalate issues to the AR & Revenue Manager for further resolution.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

You will need a minimum 5 years' experience working within credit control and/or cash collections in a senior role.

The candidate will be able to handle sensitive information appropriately.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities and high level of attention to detail.

Experience with Dunny module would be great!
