As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will test, implement, and. Deployment of Exchange Online.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Cloud Engineer role, you can expect to:

• Test, implement, and deploy Exchange Online

• Implement and support security policies, such as data retention

• Support the messaging environment in the Cloud (Microsoft 365)

• Manage problem resolution to satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via the ticketing system

• Review, test, and make recommendations for standard email practices

To apply for this Senior Cloud Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Knowledge of Office 365 Platform, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerBI, Security and Compliance Center, Office ProPlus, and OneDrive for business

• Expertise in Azure Active Directory, EMS, and the Microsoft Identity Platform

• Expertise in PowerShell for managing on-premises and the O365 environment

• Deep experience in public folder and PST migration complexities is also essential
