Essential criteria
- RNLD/ RNMH and current UK NMC registration Evidence of post qualification training/experience up to degree level Masters Degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of legislative and policy framework governing work with the relevant service user groups Knowledge of health and social care issues affecting learning
- Experience in clinically supervising Nurses at Band 6/7 and below including conducting appraisals and personal development planning.
- Previous experience of working in a leadership / management role
- Experience of service improvements and service development planning
