The Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Advisor to support the Relationship Manager in delivering a high quality, compliant, and value driven recruitment service. This role will be aligned to specific customers and will act as a key operational and relationship point of contact, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and client satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.

You will play a critical role in managing operational queries, delivering management information, resolving escalations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth across the AMS service offering.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for aligned customers and internal support teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Ensure recruitment services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements
  • Own and resolve hiring manager and contractor escalations to conclusion
  • Deliver operational MI at monthly customer reviews and support delivery of MBR content for tier one customers
  • Produce, analyse, and present operational reports for Relationship Managers and client stakeholders
  • Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and areas of concern, escalating where appropriate
  • Act as SME for the technology operating platform, including ATS and Fieldglass
  • Train new hiring managers and users on systems, processes, and reporting
  • Support contractor queries relating to pay, rates, timesheets, and system updates
  • Liaise with delivery team leaders and managers to address operational challenges proactively
  • Support forecasting activities and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Lead or support continuous improvement, transition, and migration projects
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand offs and efficient service delivery
  • Promote all PSR service lines and confidently respond to stakeholder queries
  • Ensure all governance, compliance, and legislative requirements are met

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and client escalations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services and end to end recruitment processes
  • Experience working with recruitment technology platforms and databases
  • Ability to analyse, manipulate, and present data clearly and confidently
  • Experience producing and delivering MI and analytics to customers
  • Experience working to demanding targets and deadlines
  • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship management skills
  • In depth proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Understanding of relevant employment and contractor legislation
  • Experience in both agency and end user recruitment environments
  • Public Sector recruitment experience
  • High volume contingent labour experience
  • Power BI and Fieldglass experience
