Purpose of the Role

This Account Manager role will work across brands including Reiss, GAP and Victoria's Secret, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the account. You will contribute to client responses, feed into comms planning, and help ensure all financial processes are completed accurately and on time.

Sitting within the client account team, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management of campaigns liaising with channel teams and clients to help us deliver against agreed KPIs. The role will also include managing one Client Executive and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seamless Client Experience: Support the delivery of a smooth, high‑quality client experience by taking ownership of key day‑to‑day tasks and contributing to campaign planning and deliverables.
  • Campaign Planning Support: Assist the Client Partner by using iProspect's planning framework to help shape campaign plans, working closely with activation teams to ensure all elements are aligned and ready for execution.
  • Campaign Delivery & Reporting: Help manage campaigns from initial planning through to reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Daily Client Management: Handle day‑to‑day client requests, ensuring all deliverables are met to a high standard and helping maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
  • High‑Quality Output Delivery: Maintain strong standards of accuracy, consistency and timeliness across all client‑facing work, ensuring "brilliant basics" are embedded in all tasks.
  • Financial Processes & Administration: Support financial management across accounts, including raising POs, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely and accurate billing in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Clear Communication & Collaboration: Communicate proactively with colleagues and clients on deadlines and deliverables, fostering effective collaboration across teams and contributing positively to team culture.
  • Team Support & Line Management: Provide day‑to‑day guidance and support to Client Executives, helping them deliver their work effectively and contributing to their ongoing development.
