The Senior Client Executive has a central role within the client account team, providing support to Directors and Partners in their day-to-day duties as well as being a regular point of contact with key clients.
Job Description:
Central to the role, working alongside other team members to ensure the planning, activation and evaluation of media campaigns are completed to a high standard. This will include:
- The interrogation of client briefs to understand the core objectives
- The use of research tools to provide insight and support with campaign planning
- Internal coordination among the various Dentsu teams to support delivery of both communication and service
- Ownership for updating and delivery client reports. Ensuring the channel teams are delivering against client actions
- Leading on weekly/monthly calls. Ensuring notes are taking and actions circulated/managed
- Maintaining quality of client facing media plans/reports/invoicing. Ensuring all is delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Campaign delivery is managed to the highest quality standard
- Taking ownership of the client finance process. Ensuring both the unbilled and debtors is under control

The initial requirement of the role with be centred around two of the most innovative clients within the iProspect portfolio:
- Mitchum & Revlon Brands: A well-established anti-perspirant brand known for its efficacy, operating in a functional and competitive category with low emotional engagement. The focus is on building brand distinctiveness and relevance through TV, OOH, YouTube, paid social, and media partnerships to drive awareness and conversion. Our activity includes cosmetics and hair colour.
- Elizabeth Arden: A heritage beauty brand with high awareness but low conversion, especially among younger audiences. The category is crowded with disruptive, digitally native brands, making share of voice costly and retention challenging. Our strategy focuses on paid social and innovative media partnerships, alongside content creation, to drive relevance, engagement, and conversion in a fast-evolving beauty landscape.
ROLE CAPABILITIES
The successful candidate needs to have strong organization, numeracy and analytical skills. With attention to detail being a must. They need to be clear and engaging within their communication and have a service focused mindset.
They need to be calm and solution-focused under pressure, with a logical approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate should be confident enough to take personal ownership of delivery vs the brief and use existing knowledge to tackle new tasks
