More about the role & team

The purpose of the Senior Client Consultant is to support the Revolution Risk clients including Asset Managers and Service Providers acting as the first point of contact for all queries. This role will also support our Risk Managed Service business. You will facilitate the clients' use of the system, ensuring that their experience is positive, and potential is realised. The role acts as a value-add service, where you will also be responsible for working collaboratively with Account Management to help grow our business opportunities.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

Client orientation experience, specifically: establishing, promoting, and nurturing good client relations (both internal and external); obtaining first-hand client information and using it to meet their needs; finding the right balance between client needs and company needs; cross-selling new products.

Planning and organization skills, specifically: marshalling resources; documenting and simplifying complex tasks; and managing multiple detailed client requests at one time.

A good knowledge of Risk and Investment Management is key.

You may have worked as a 'Client Consultant', or 'Client Specialist'.
