What you'll be doing

You will be working on the delivery of projects up to a value of £30million. These projects are generally focused on education and require a well-rounded QS to deliver them efficiently.

As a Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor:

You will will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and will have previous experience of delivering building projects up to £20 million as a Project QS or Senior QS with a good knowledge of publicly funded projects and their commercial elements such as contracts, procurement channels and reporting.

Candidates with experience of working on commercial projects within Education are desirable.

This role is based in East Lothian with a Hybrid work model

Who we're looking for

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge.
• Chartered Member of RICS, ICES, or CIOB, or working towards membership.
• Professional Qualified Person CSCS Card.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing project costs.
