Education & Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NMC registered
- Evidence of ongoing development related to speciality
- ENB 998 / C&G 7307 or assessor course
Desirable criteria
- Educated to degree level
- ECDL
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Demonstrable experience at Junior Sister / Charge Nurse level in a relevant clinical setting
- Experience in mentoring, assessing, coaching
- Leading a team
- Have undertaken appraisals
Desirable criteria
- Experience of change management

Essential criteria
- Transformational leadership style
- Audit / research experience
