Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our channel partner strategy. This is a critical role for the business with revenue responsibility, and will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, internally and externally. You will report to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Job Description

As a Senior Channel Partnerships Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive channel partner strategy to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs
  • Identify, on-board & train new partners
  • Supporting our partners in sales conversations with new customers
  • Supporting our partners in customer engagement & retention
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, content and product development, to create joint marketing initiatives, and sales programs to support partner success
  • Manage the CRM & deal pipeline
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel partnerships and making data-driven recommendations for optimisation and growth
  • Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management on partnership activities, performance, and challenges
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities.
  • Conducting ongoing partner reviews to ensure alignment with our business objectives
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and showcase our company's offerings

Qualifications

About your experience

  • Substantial experience in B2B SaaS channel partnerships management, preferably with some Edtech sector experience
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue
  • Strong business acumen and market insight to identify partnership opportunities and assess their potential value
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to engage, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including partner enablement programs and joint marketing initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Non essentials, but "nice to haves"

  • Experience working in an Edtech or in the field of Sustainability
  • Experience working in a start-up/scale-up
