About the role
Are you passionate about delivering impactful change that truly transforms how organisations operate? As a Senior Change Manager at NFU Mutual, you'll lead the change management activity across programmes and initiatives within our Enterprise Change Portfolio. Your work will ensure our people and operations are ready, engaged, and equipped to adopt change effectively maximising business case benefits and enhancing customer outcomes.
This is a strategically important role where you'll oversee change plans, anticipate impacts, and guide deployment strategies. You'll work closely with senior sponsors and stakeholders to build engagement, shape change strategies and ensure seamless integration into business as usual. From developing sponsor roadmaps to driving continuous improvement in change management practices, you'll be at the heart of how NFU Mutual evolves and grows.

About you
You're an experienced change leader with a proven track record of delivering successful change across diverse initiatives-whether technology, systems, or operating models. You bring deep expertise in change management best practice and thrive in dynamic environments where multiple priorities demand attention. Your skills will include:
- Change Management & Project Delivery: Leading organisational change programmes and delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Risk Assessment & Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying risks, mapping stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption.
- Data Interpretation: Using insights to inform strategies and measure impact.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Inspiring cross-functional teams and fostering a one-team approach.
- Communication & Adaptability: Facilitating clear communication and adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Problem Solving: Resolving complex issues during change implementation
Qualifications:
- Change Management Certification Practitioner (Prosci preferred) - Essential
- Project/Programme Management certification (e.g. Prince2, Agile, APM) - Desirable
- Degree or equivalent experience - Desirable
- Agile Change Agent Certification - Desirable
- Membership of a relevant professional body - Desirable
- Better Business Cases (5 Case Model) - Desirable
