As our next Senior Change Delivery Specialist(FTC), you'll play a key role in making that happen. From driving operational change and embedding new ways of working, to ensuring every transformation lands smoothly across the business, your work will help us move forward, one job at a time.

Forget long lists, here's what you'll actually spend your time on:

• Partnering across the business to support teams through change, identifying risks, surfacing issues, and helping to land behaviour change through training and comms.
• Driving operational change initiatives end-to-end - scoping, planning, coordinating, and delivering at pace.
• Owning parts of our 'change architecture' - running product forums, providing guidance, and managing our internal communications frameworks to help everyone land change effectively.
• Measuring impact - reviewing how changes are performing using internal data, customer insights, and team feedback.
• Spotting opportunities for improvement - identifying optimisation and efficiency opportunities across operations.
• Championing collaboration - working with everyone from VPs and product teams to frontline operations, being a visible face of the Change and Operations function.
• Shaping the future - helping to evolve how the Change Team works and increase its impact across the business.

It's not about ticking every box. It's about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You'll do well here if you bring:

• 3+ years' experience in change, operations, process improvement, consulting or business analysis.
• A proactive mindset, able to anticipate issues and opportunities and drive solutions.
• Proven project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-performing environments balancing strategy and delivery.
• Strong data skills (Excel/Google Sheets; bonus points for SQL).
• Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex ideas and bring people on the journey.
• Outcome focus, comfort with ambiguity, and strong attention to detail.
