As our next Senior Operations Specialist (FTC), you'll play a key role in making that happen. From driving operational change and embedding new ways of working, to ensuring every transformation lands smoothly across the business, your work will help us move forward, one job at a time.

Forget long lists, here's what you'll actually spend your time on:

• You'll work across the business to spot risks, surface issues early, and help teams adapt - using clear comms, practical training, and a hands-on approach.
• From scoping and planning to delivery, you'll run operational change projects end-to-end, and keep things moving at pace.
• You'll lead internal forums, manage our comms approach, and make sure everyone has the tools they need to handle change well.
• You'll track how changes land using internal data, team feedback, and customer insight, and use that to improve what comes next.
• You'll spot opportunities to streamline operations, improve processes, and cut down the faff.
• From VPs to front-line teams, you'll collaborate across the business - making the Change and Ops team feel visible, trusted, and easy to work with.
• You'll help evolve the role and impact of the Change team, so we can support the business even better in future.

• You've worked in change, ops or process improvement before. Whether it's consulting, business analysis or making things run better from the inside - you know how to spot what needs fixing and make change happen.
• You don't wait to be asked, you spot risks early, see opportunities others miss, and know how to get things moving.
• You're confident managing work end-to-end and know how to bring people with you - even when priorities compete.
• Fast-moving, high-stakes, lots to juggle? You stay focused and get things done without dropping the ball.
• You know your way around spreadsheets, can pull the right numbers to make a point - and if you know SQL, even better.
• Whether it's a new process or a big change, you know how to explain it clearly and get people on board.
• You care about where we're heading and how we get there, and you don't miss the small stuff along the way.

• 2nd stage interview with Cross-Functional Stakeholders
• Final interview will include a case study with a panel of stakeholders
