Senior Category Manager - 6 months Fixed Term Contract

Job description

We are evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies. The Group owns and operates internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green and we're looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager to optimise commercial opportunities.

What you will be doing:

• Addressing significant spend, via data driven analysis
• Identifying value levers, and working with Data & Governance Manager to clarify ongoing governance & management
• Providing category support in improving business case discipline, capability in support of Procurement benefit pipeline, and SLA/OLA development with a shared service centre
• Building an opportunity pipeline & assisting with ad hoc commercial delivery & contract/supplier lifecycle objectives as required & as per experience.

Who we are looking for:

• Broad Procurement / commercial category in-depth experience with good understanding of key value levers for addressing all areas of the supply base, including but not limited to tail spend, Purchasing Cards, OLAs
• Ability to communicate ideas and build best practise assets that add value clearly and simply
• Experience working at pace and in conditions of ambiguity
• Evidence of producing high quality & practical outputs. Experience working in betting/sports/media/retail/professional services advantageous (but not essential).
