About the role
Sytner Audi Leicester is looking for an ambitious, driven, and high-performing individual to join our leadership team as our next Sales Performance Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the sales performance and development of our Audi sales team. Leading from the front, you will inspire and motivate a talented group of Sales Executives and Business Managers, all of whom play a vital role in the continued success of our department.
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will coach, mentor, and develop both individual and team capability, ensuring we continually raise standards and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise every sales opportunity through effective enquiry management.
- Maintain and drive a customer-centric sales process that delivers outstanding experiences.
- Ensure profitability and volume objectives are consistently achieved.
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team through strong coaching and performance management.
This is a full-time position, which typically includes weekend working, to ensure we are always available to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

About you
This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required.
You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
