About The Role

Location: Merseyside

Available Shifts: Days & Nights

Rate of Pay: £14 - £22ph including bank holiday premium rates

Previous experience as a senior carer is essential for this role

Senior carer responsibilities:

• Administering Medication for service users
• Taking leadership with a dedicated team carers
• Working with care managers to maintain the smooth running of the homes
• Person centred care to support each individual service user and understand specific needs

About You

A successful candidate will have

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Adult social care or working towards
• PEG trained with certificate of completion is desirable but not absolutely necessary
• Strong understanding of elderly care and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
