Responsibilities
As a client-facing Senior Paralegal, you will take ownership of your allocated transactions and contribute to a variety of standardised tasks, either independently or as part of larger projects. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents and standard forms, conducting document review exercises, and preparing Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) submissions and registration applications. You will also handle title documentation, resolve title queries, and manage land registration applications and Companies House filings.
In addition to these tasks, you will play a key role in liaising with clients and third parties, ensuring smooth communication throughout the transaction process. You will also manage electronic data sites, including uploading and organising documentation, and provide both pre- and post-completion support on various transactional work areas. Legal research will be a crucial part of your role, helping to inform and guide the team's decision-making process.

- Previous experience in relevant Real Estate Paralegal role
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own caseload effectively
- Good attention to detail

- Experience working closely with Partners, Directors, and senior colleagues on larger projects
- Proven ability to maintain a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and performance-driven, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
