Why is this position a great opportunity?

The Senior Campaign Executive is an established role within the business and is placed at the centre of the marketing team's content creation activities. The role will work closely with the CMO, Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to facilitate the development of campaign strategies for Search, Campaigns and Product. With the support of the Head of Marketing, you will lead, coordinate and manage the execution of the outbound campaign marketing plan for Infinity Group to achieve marketing and business objectives.

    • Be from a B2B content marketing background.
    • Be results and data-driven and ambitious.
    • Solid experience of CRM / Marketing automation platforms.
    • Excellent programme and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail, highly analytical, innovative, motivated, organised, high energy team player.
    • Excellent communication skills in English: verbal, written, presentation.
    • Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
    • Have experience of creating creative marketing plans supporting marketing objectives and directly influencing lead generation.

Desirable Skills:

    • Degree or equivalent in Marketing or other professional marketing qualification.
    • Knowledge of SharePoint and other file management systems.
    • Highly proficient in M365.
    • Experience of collaboration tools.
    • Knowledge of WordPress CMS

As a Senior Campaign Executive, you'll be responsible for:

    • Work with the Head of Marketing to scope out marketing team activities and timelines in order to execute against the marketing plan, and then manage those activities to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
    • The creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns - in alignment with the wider marketing team approach - including email, organic and paid channels.
    • Planning and managing events and webinars to support campaigns and activities.
    • Executing email marketing campaigns, utilising both inbound and outbound marketing techniques to support the objectives of the marketing function.
    • Development of sales enablement materials where appropriate.
    • Monitor, report on and gain insight from marketing activities and results in order to shape future activities.
    • Utilise existing marketing tools and technology to support the execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
    • Work with Subject Matter Experts to ideate, develop campaigns to support the marketing objectives.
    • Work the CMO and Head of Marketing to develop and implement processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the performance of the marketing function.
    • Support the Marketing team in ensuring that the Infinity Group brand, is clearly identified, communicated and consistently adhered to in all marketing activities.
    • Support the delivery of the marketing and business objectives through strategy and planning.
    • Work with the wider marketing team to ensure lead flow is maintained and efficient (e.g. spot trends such as decrease in lead flow and work to optimise campaigns or activities.)
    • Use data for reporting on marketing results, impact and recommendations for future action and investment, including analysing results and information to discover trends and patterns within our data and proactively identify opportunities that improve performance of campaigns.
    • Manage and conduct regular competitor, customer and industry information and provide analysis to identify opportunities to drive lead generation and marketing innovation.
    • Develop and maintain relevant buyer personas for the Infinity Group brand, along with targeted messaging, to ensure effective profiling and audience selection for all marketing campaigns and content etc.
    • Support the requirement to provide regular reports to the business on marketing activity (planned and completed) as well as results and lead pipeline status/statistics.
    • Support the management of the CRM platform, ensuring leads, data and reporting are serving the business' needs and ensuring data is properly categorised, regularly cleansed and GDPR practices are adhered to.
    • Work with the CMO to create and implement marketing processes across the marketing function.

£35,000 - £40,000 a year
