Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Campaign Delivery Manager to be responsible for high-level planning and delivery of all creative workflow for the business.

Role:
Knight Frank is looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Delivery Manager who will contribute to the Delivery & Production Leadership team. This role operates across three strands: 1. The Delivery of Campaign Assets & the efficient use of the processes we employ across the function. 2. Leadership of the Delivery Team, influencing and embedding best practice and 3. Future proofing the department. You will lead conversations around the future process and platforms used in the department. Building strong working relationships with the other senior members of Creative Services and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the three strands of this role, Delivery of assets with the most efficient use of resource, Leadership of a large team, and the continuous improvement & embedding of best practice for the future.
- Work in tandem with the Snr Channel Planner, Channels team and BP's to oversee creative briefs as they move from brief into production through to delivery.
- Manage two Campaign Delivery Managers, coaching and guiding them through PM best practices. Setting objectives and managing all HR mandatory requirements.
- Being aware of Campaign Delivery resource capacity and the regular need to pool delivery resources across service lines.
- Delivering best practice project management processes to the Executives within the team
- Being aware of the final layer of quality assurance for Campaign assets before BP sign-off
Key Experience Required:
- Experience of motivating and managing a team, and experience in nurturing younger team members to enable them to achieve their best.
- Experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns that utilise the full marketing mix.
- Confident communicator and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent Project management skills with the ability to successfully work across a number of projects at one time.
