Our role is to maximise omnichannel brand impressions that protects and enhance our firm's reputation while generating high quality commercial and residential enquiries, globally.

Knight Frank is looking for an experienced 'Senior Campaign Delivery Manager' who will contribute to the D&P Leadership team. This role operates across two strands: 1. The Delivery Product, or the Delivery Team and 2. The efficient use of the processes we employ across the function. You will influence conversations around the future process and platforms used in the department. Building strong working relationships with the other senior members of Creative Services team. Continuous improvement of how these two teams can work more effectively to enhance the delivery function.

You will guide the Delivery Managers through mentoring, training, and objective setting. To support them as they interrogate the service lines' annual marketing plans and anticipate the creative pipeline. Monday.com will be used to qualify planning resources.

Overseeing the delivery of all creative assets to the business to the deadline, budget and brand guidelines. Ensuring that all creative is delivered to the quality standards and process SLAs. Acting as the ambassador for the delivery team, representing the delivery function at relevant group Marcomms updates, BP meetings or events.

Responsibilities:
• Work in tandem with the Snr Channel Planner and BP's to oversee creative briefs as they move from brief into production through to delivery
• Manage two Campaign Delivery Managers, coaching and guiding them through PM best practices. Setting objectives and managing all HR mandatory requirements
• Being aware of Campaign Delivery resource capacity and the regular need to pool delivery resources across service lines
• Delivering best practice project management processes to the Executives within the team
• Being aware of the final layer of quality assurance for Campaign assets before BP sign-off
• Measuring the volume of jobs being processed within the team for MoM or YoY monitoring
• Identifying best-in-class Campaign creative suitable for awards entry

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the capability to:
• Experience of motivating and managing a team across several workstreams
• Experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns that utilise the full marketing mix
• People management skills are key. Experience in nurturing younger team members to enable them to achieve their best
• Regular stand-ups with the delivery and Campaign planning team will call on collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task while managing several projects
• Confident communicator and strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both behaviour and output
• Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
• Pro-active, hands-on and a strong sense of self-motivation
• Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team
• Skilled at working under pressure
• Strong sense of creativity and an eye for design and detail
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to successfully work across a number of projects at one time
• Flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team
