Senior Business Support Officer

Adult Care & Wellbeing are looking to recruit a highly motivated Senior Business Support Officer to support the Practice Development Team.

Are you interested in delivering excellent customer service and providing first class business support to a busy service? Do you have a high level of ICT skills, a willingness to constantly review and improve our ways of working, be able to operate with a high level of numerical and verbal accuracy and have excellent customer focus and organisational skills? The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and follow standard operating procedures.

You will be required to demonstrate experience of working with both internal and external customers to a high level of satisfaction.

You will need accuracy and attention to detail to input data reported to authorising and regulatory bodies.

You will need to be competent in the use of IT packages (Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).

The role is hybrid. However, you may be expected to spend some days in the office. This is kept under review in line with service demand. You will be based at a city centre location.

You will be required to provide cover during opening hours and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
