What you'll do

As the Senior Procurement Integration Lead, your primary objective is to spearhead and oversee the seamless integration of procurement processes, systems, and strategies across our organisation. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of procurement functions with overarching business objectives, optimising efficiency, and driving synergies to achieve strategic goals, while effectively collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across both organisations.

Wider responsibilities include:
• Strategic Integration Planning: Develop comprehensive integration strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders from both organisations to harmonize procurement processes and systems across business units and regions.
• Cross-Organisational Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between procurement teams and stakeholders from partnering entities, such as finance, operations, and legal, to streamline integration efforts and minimize disruptions.
• Process Standardisation and Optimisation: Lead initiatives to standardise and optimise procurement processes, policies, and procedures across both organizations, ensuring alignment with shared objectives and maximising operational efficiency.
• System Integration and Implementation: Oversee the integration of procurement systems and technologies from both organisations, ensuring seamless data migration, system compatibility, and user adoption to support operational continuity and improve decision-making capabilities.
• Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of integrated procurement practices across both organisations and VPC, providing guidance, training, and support to stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation.
• Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of integration efforts across both organisations, conducting regular performance assessments and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendor management teams from both organisations to ensure smooth integration of supplier relationships, contracts, and agreements, fostering strategic partnerships and maximising value for the combined entity.

Who You Are
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of leading integration initiatives in complex organisational environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and best practices, with expertise in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, optimising performance, and delivering measurable results in a cross-organisational context
