Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable criteria
- Business and / or project management qualification.
KNOWLEDGE
Essential criteria
- Specialist knowledge and experience of performance management, information systems, project/programme and business management.
- Knowledge and working experience of MFT.
- Familiar with GM health and social care more broadly.
- Informed about the NHS and current national, regional and local strategies and policies.
- Knowledge and experience of managing staff within a healthcare setting.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
- Management of resources with a recent history of involvement with change processes, efficiency savings and project management.
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders.
- Experience of project management, report writing and imaginative planning.
- Experience of managing staff.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
Desirable criteria
- An understanding of effective systems for integrated governance and the management of clinical and non-clinical risks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to consider 'the wider picture.'
