Location: Hybrid- London, The Speechmark
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Senior Business Manager to support our Commercial Operations Director. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of key leadership and decision-making processes, gaining deep insights into both strategic and operational aspects of our business.
What You'll Do
• Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Leadership Team to develop a 3-year strategy, including KPIs, governance, and communication.
• Lead the creation of content for key meetings, including PowerPoint presentations, briefing notes, and action management for various high-profile events.
• Act as the single point of contact for key cross-functional programs within Commercial Operations, such as consumer risk, audits, and employee recognition.
• Drive the Commercial Operations engagement strategy, including bi-monthly all-hands meetings, strategy events, and quarterly performance updates.
Who you are
• You have a good balance between strategic thinking and pragmatic business planning, with the ability to distill complex problems and determine core strategic deliverables.
• You possess commercial understanding and acumen of business KPIs, with experience in producing business cases that focus on customer experience and commercial drivers.
• You have highly developed influencing skills, leadership capability, and the ability to achieve results through others.
• You excel in written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring day-to-day decisions are made in the context of strategic direction and ambition.
