Description and Requirements

Lenovo is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on Infrastructure Business and new business development. In this role, you will be the 'face' of Lenovo International Sales Organization HQ to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy aligned during the STAMP process. Additionally, you will nurture and develop the ecosystem to support the GTM strategies. In collaboration with our Geo teams, Business Groups, category management, business management, PMO, and marketing teams, you will prepare the sales plans and drive execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business targets based on the strategies developed during the planning process.
  • Develop and strengthen internal relationships (e.g., Business Groups and Geos) to increase lead generation and market share.
  • Develop the Business Management Systems with Channel Operations. Establish communication channels and cadences to ensure all stakeholders have visibility with the PMO.
  • Engage in specific key deals and secure executive sponsorship to drive them to successful closure.
  • Refine and propose GTM strategy changes with the Geos' Channel teams and ISG teams based on marketing intelligence and market changes.
  • Support and provide feedback on relevant content such as blogs, solution briefs, and presentations with the Channel Marketing team.
  • Support key alliance partnerships with the Channel Alliance team unique to the geos to promote ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
  • Understanding of ISG ecosystems and the ability to coordinate them at different levels.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across business units and functional departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in regional or worldwide roles.
  • Sales or business development experience in a complex environment.
  • Experience in project management can be an additional asset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking are preferred.
