As a Senior Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, while cultivating long-term relationships with potential customers. You will promote and sell GreenPowerMonitor (GPM) portfolio of hardware and software solutions for monitoring and managing renewable energy assets across United Kingdom. By aligning our offerings with customer needs, you will play a key role in driving business growth.
To be more precise, your responsibilities will cover:
- Developing and executing strategies for managing the sales pipeline, lead generation, contract negotiations, and order intake throughout United Kingdom,
- Identifying potential customers, establishing new partnerships, clearly explaining technical features and value prepositions of GPM solutions, including advanced analytics in detail,
- Building and nurturing trusted business relationships with both current and new customers to foster long-term partnerships,
- Translating customer's technical specifications into comprehensive techno-commercial proposals that align with their operational and financial requirements,
- Ensuring smooth coordination with our customers and internal stakeholders to successfully execute projects and deliver on commitments,
- Representing GPM at key industry events such as exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions focused on solar, wind, and storage within the region,
- Providing insights and support to HQ's team regarding market dynamics, customer demands, and regional specifics to inform strategic decisions,
- Reporting directly to the EU Regional Manager, you will collaborate closely to define and implement effective business strategies, market development plans, and annual sales targets aimed at achieving and surpassing commercial goals.

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field,
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial/sales-oriented role within the renewable energy or power industry,
- Proven track record driving full sales lifecycle with a special focus on business development and lead-generation strategies,
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a strong professional network across UK,
- Excellent pitching skills to effectively present and communicate the value proposition of GPM solutions to customers and at public conferences,
- Exceptional commercial awareness and results-orientated mindset,
- Excellent planning skills and ability to work in fast- paced environment while delivering high-quality work,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
