As a Senior Business Controller for Franchise & Projects you generate sustainable sales growth and profitability for your departments both short- and long term through commercial analysis, action and leadership. In this role you will drive the goals through coaching and guiding the team through controlling aspects. You drive the change agenda inside and outside your division contributing towards the overall brand goals and vision. Collaborate with Franchise Partners, ensuring alignment with overarching business strategies and goals.
What you will do:
- Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability for your department by developing and executing an effective buying strategy.
- Lead impactful cross-functional projects to enhance organizational workflows.
- Create and implement methods, tools, and processes to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Secure and refine work methods for planning, buying, and selling within your department.
- Develop routines and processes to support franchise partners in achieving business goals.
- Anchor plans with your team, fostering ownership and ensuring understanding of sales plans and budgets.
- Present and communicate goals, results, and financial information clearly and inspiringly to stakeholders in buying and across the organization.
- Be a core member of the controlling team to identify opportunities, define workflows, and drive high-impact projects.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively through timely communication and by identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop business development processes across the entire Buying Office.
- Create the buying budget for franchise partners and support decision-making.
- Proactively share information with partners to drive business growth and support decision-making.
- Stay ahead of future buying trends and adapt new ways of working.

In addition to our values for this role we are also looking for:
- Significant experience working in a controlling, merchandising or planning role.
- Project management or business development experience beneficial
- Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel skills.
- Strong leader with proven team building experience
- Result focused with a strong business acumen.
- Excellent communicator with confident presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A genuine interest in the fashion industry and working in a dynamic, creative environment.
