North Highland is the world's leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else. And we're on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst (Inside IR35 6 months' Contract). Please note, you will be required to work onsite in Central London 2 days per week.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
You will support a wider North Highland team and work as a Senior Business Analyst with one of our key customers in the Retail space. Your role will primarily lead on business requirements, user cases, process mapping etc. You must also be comfortable with data projects and be able to query data to support your analysis.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the Retail space.
- Produce new and/or update existing requirements documentation according to the delivery framework:
- Experience with User stories (business-facing epics rather than dev-ready stories).
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience navigating through technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working under pressure and being able to handle ambiguity.
- Experience coaching Business Analysts.
- Strong stakeholder management and inter-personal skills.
