We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, based in London.

Your Team Allianz Commercial has a long-standing tradition of supporting the natural resources and construction industries. With a combination of a Global Chief Underwriting Office team and Regional Hubs, our team has many years of practical experience in leading the largest natural resources and construction opportunities across the globe.

The Impact You Will Have Based on customer and sponsor requirements, you will deliver cross-functional and cross-regional analysis, consultancy, and training for board-approved projects to enhance Allianz Commercial's value proposition to clients.

In this senior role, you may manage project team members and external consultants.

Your future challenges involve finding cost-effective solutions to improve Allianz Commercial's organisation, value chain, business processes, applications, and employees' technical skills. You will address both global and local needs to build an efficient and profitable organisation that delivers effectively to clients.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Deliver analysis, consultancy, and training for global Allianz Commercial portfolio steering and business improvement projects.
• Ensure high-quality, timely, and within-budget project outcomes.
• Use a methodical approach to understand customer needs and enhance Allianz Commercial's client delivery aligned with strategic priorities.
• Identify and align business improvement opportunities in organisation, processes, capabilities, and IT applications with Allianz Commercial priorities.
• Create and support proposals, including Reinsurance submissions, VoC, cost/benefit analysis, work packages, and resource planning.
• Adhere to global standards, guiding principles, and Allianz Commercial's Global Operating Framework, BPM, and Training Standards in projects.
• Compile, share, and apply best practices through various communication channels and serve as a champion for methods like Lean, Six Sigma, and OPEX.
• Manage project teams as part of business improvement initiatives, consisting of analysts and business experts.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Business Analysis: Break down complex subjects, determine status quo, business requirements, targets, and courses of action.
• Project Management: Manage tasks and large complex projects.

• Change Management: Handle stakeholder management, change curve, and communication.
• Consulting Skills: Relationship management, customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs, building cost-benefit analysis and business cases, facilitation.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in the relevant domain of practice.
• Insurance Industry Experience: Specific experience in the insurance industry.
• International Experience: Cross-cultural and international work experience.
