Job Description
Do you have experience as a Business Administrator. Then you may be what we're looking for to help run our Youth Hub in Heathfield?
We require a Senior Business Administrator to help run Heathfield Youth Hub which is a very busy Hub with additional services being offered from there and a full time Senior Business Administrator will be needed to manage the hub and day to day administration duties, including reception.
We are looking for motivated individuals who :-
- Establish, maintain and monitor all paper and electronic filing systems, including establishment of new files and creation of documents such as spreadsheets
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the service and interconnected services and knowledge of the roles and practices of the team in order to support administrative processes
- Assist management in the running of the hub as required.
As a Senior Business Administrators you will learn about the service the team provide and how it makes a difference to people's lives. You need to work as a team to anticipate and meet the needs of team members who may be in the office, working remotely or in the community. You will need to manage multiple tasks at once and deal with regular interruptions and reprioritise your work to ensure the team is supported.

- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to minute and produce accurate records of meetings
- Knowledge of using email and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite with a good understanding of managing calendars and setting up MS Team calls

This role will be based at Heathfield youth hub and will really help us deliver vital services to the community we serve.
