Senior Business Administrator - Early Help

A new opportunity has arisen to provide dedicated admin support to our Early Help Keywork Teams.
The role is office based, working alongside keywork teams who are supporting families within the community. You will be part of teams who are really making a difference to families lives by supporting the whole family to make positive changes and improve their future
The main tasks of the role are:
- To take and respond (as per guidelines) to any enquiries that come into the keywork service from families, referrers and agencies via telephone or E mail.
- To have knowledge and skills in the use of information communications technology, including the ability to upload documents, and effective use of excel and word.
- To take accurate and concise minutes of meetings as and when required.
- To provide support to the Early Help Keywork Practice Managers as requested.
- Send out acceptance and declining letters as part of the screening process.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have the ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
- Have the ability to undertake a diverse workload and manage conflicting priorities.
- Are able to deal with challenging and distressed clients on the telephone and face to face.
- Have knowledge of using email and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite with a good understanding of managing calendars and setting up MS Team calls.
There will be an expectation that for a maximum of two days a week you will travel to St Mary's (with reimbursed travel costs as per ESCC policy) to enable the opportunity to work together and ensure a cohesive approach to keywork administration across County.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
