Looking for a new administrator role? If so, we look forward to hearing from you! An opportunity has arisen for a permanent part time Senior Business Administrator within the Adult Social Care Mental Health Countywide Admin Team.
The role will involve giving support to teams to ensure customer/clients question and requests are responded to efficiently, accurate records are maintained and other staff within the team receive the support they need to do their own jobs well. Senior Business Administrators also provide more specialised administrative support like minute taking complex meetings, financial reconciliation or project support. The role will be fast paced and varied. Effective communication skills and strong Microsoft Office and local IT systems skills would be beneficial to the role, to provide business critical data to Senior Management. Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available in a friendly and supportive team.
Working pattern is listed below:
Wednesday 8.30 - 5.00 - 1 hour lunch
Thursday 9.30 - 3.00 - no lunch
Friday 8.30 - 4.30 - 1 hour lunch
This role covers countywide office locations; Eastbourne, Hastings, Newhaven, and Uckfield, you will be able select your preferred office location. We offer a hybrid working style, successfully combining office and home working.
