Full Time, Permanent
The purpose of this role is to encourage behaviour change by promoting the benefits of sustainable travel modes to the wider business sector.
You will build up a rapport with key stakeholders spreading the message of sustainable travel and advocating the associated health benefits whilst helping to reduce single occupancy vehicle journeys.
You will coordinate business travel offers alongside a small team, including administering grants, supporting businesses with their travel plans, offering pool e-bikes and e-cargo bike loans, and encouraging uptake of our online behaviour change platforms.
You will also be required to take the lead on public engagement for large sustainable transport projects across the city. This involves working in small project teams, coordinating with consultation and communication teams, organising and presenting at public events, and promoting travel offers.
