You will play a key role in evaluating digital platforms, establishing robust Common Data Environment (CDE) practices, and advising on software solutions that support our clients' digital transformation goals.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

- Oversee the setup, governance, and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring data integrity, access control, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate digital solutions across the project lifecycle.
- Support project teams in developing BIM workflows, federated models, and clash detection processes.
- Maintain and curate BIM libraries, templates, and object standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital construction.
You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM management and digital platform implementation across multiple project types.

- Strong understanding of CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, Trimble Connect) and their configuration.
- Experience advising on software selection and digital strategy.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and structured data environments.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and model coordination platforms.
