Our ways of working:

At Pod Point, we're all about flexibility, innovation, and community. We support various ways of working, including predominantly remote, office-based, or a mix of both worlds. We highly value in-person interactions, and we encourage teams to gather regularly at least once a quarter.

Due to this, the successful applicant should be in or within a reasonably commutable distance to London, so you can really get plugged in to the Pod Point experience.

This requires scaling our brand marketing efforts, enhancing our communications, and optimising our media planning to continue to strengthen Pod Point's market position. You will also be tasked with:

  • Planning quarterly campaigns, including defining comms architecture, key messages, target audience, and investment levels.
  • Reviewing live activities to identify areas for optimisation.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand and leverage product launches, proposition changes, and commercial partnership opportunities.
  • Briefing the insights team on market, audience, and brand research questions.
  • Producing and sharing well-written agency briefs for campaign development.
  • Managing agency partners and suppliers to create compelling brand marketing activations.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product and wider marketing to produce integrated campaigns.
  • Leading photo and video shoots, planning workshops, supplier briefings, and industry events as needed.
  • Overseeing creative production to ensure tone and messaging are spot on.
  • Updating stakeholders on campaign performance, optimisation recommendations, and future plans.
  • Oversee the usage of our visual and verbal identity, ensuring that everything we do aligns to our overarching brand strategy and guidelines.

Electrify us with your skills:

  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand and commercial growth.
  • Proven experience collaborating with marketing agencies or possessing an agency background.
  • Innovative approach to enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen to justify marketing investments and demonstrate impact.
  • Data-driven, utilising analytics to shape strategies and decisions.
  • Results-focused with a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional organisational skills for managing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in managing marketing budgets for optimal ROI and meeting financial objectives.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement and project management.

Perks that spark joy:

  • Salary Sacrifice EV Scheme & free Pod Point

There's no-one else like you. No-one with the exact same mix of strengths, skills and thoughts. We're all brilliant individuals, and we wholeheartedly welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. We're looking for the potential to grow and a passion for our mission, not perfection. So, if you're interested in the role but don't have every skill listed above, we'd encourage you to apply.
