Company Description
We, at Jack Links, are a global leader in branded protein snacks, a value-driven, family-owned business that is growing rapidly in EMEA. It started in April 2014 when Jack Links purchased Unilever's Bifi followed by Peperami brands in 2016, the Beef Jerky business was integrated, and we were able to operate autonomously in the EMEA region. Jack Link's is built on authenticity and audacity. From our North Woods roots to being the world's #1 meat snack brand, we make things differently.
But we're not just about snacks; we're driven by our core values: We team up, we tell it like it is, we own our game and shoot for the moon! Values we bring to life. Every. Single. Day.
Job Description
Peperami isn't just a snack - it's a brand with attitude, loved by millions across the UK and Ireland. Now, we're looking for a dynamic and commercially sharp Senior Brand Manager Peperami to take it even further. If you're full of energy, bursting with ideas, and ready to make your mark on a household name, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you'll co-create and drive the marketing strategy for Peperami - turning insights into action, and ambition into results. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering the brand plan, managing everything from ATL and BTL campaigns to innovation pipelines and product launches. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Category and Shopper Marketing, you'll ensure that every touchpoint of the brand reflects our bold personality and delivers commercial value.
You'll play a key role in developing and executing innovation strategies, working alongside our R&D and operations teams to bring new products to life - on time and in full. You'll also help translate consumer insights and market data into smart, actionable brand decisions, driving growth in both relevance and penetration.
As a central member of the UK & Ireland Country Business Team, you'll contribute to wider commercial performance, supporting sales initiatives with relevant brand and market insights, and keeping a close eye on competitors and best-in-class marketing practices. Budget management and performance tracking will also be part of your remit, ensuring our spend is efficient and impactful.
Qualifications
You've got a strong academic foundation - a bachelor's or master's degree - and at least 7 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing, with a track record that speaks for itself. You've led the charge on major campaigns, launched innovations that made waves in the market, and played a central role in shaping the growth of well-known consumer brands.
Your experience spans both brand communications and innovation - from crafting ATL and BTL campaigns (including digital, social, and media planning) to bringing new products to life and getting them into consumers' hands. You know how to turn insights into action, and you're comfortable briefing and managing agencies, negotiating budgets, and measuring impact.
You're not just strategic - you're also a doer. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for managing complexity. You work well cross-functionally and know how to rally teams around a shared goal. Your planning and prioritisation skills are strong, and you know how to connect the dots between consumer behaviour, business goals, and brand performance.
You're UK market-savvy (Ireland is a bonus), and you understand what makes consumers tick in this space. You're commercially minded, action-oriented, and customer-focused - able to influence others through clear, concise communication.
