What your role is

The Brand Manager role is accountable for driving growth for Old El Paso, brand across Northern Europe Distributor Markets. The SBM will have full brand planning responsibility Portfolio management as well as responsibility for brand budgets and media planning and spends in the markets. Being a pro-active self-starter, entrepreneurial, and having a 'get things done' attitude will be key capabilities for success in this role.

Worlds Food is our fastest growing platform across Northern Europe and the biggest contributor for fulfilling our regional 3OP ambition. Within the remit they will manage to grow different set of markets with exciting challenges across Northern Europe. From absolute leadership in highly established category context to setting some markets for success from category creation in order to unleash the full potential - definitely a unique challenge and superb opportunity for a strong commercial marketeer with the drive and ambition to deliver disproportionate growth in Foods.

The Senior Brand Manager Snacks will be part of a Market Acceleration Team with the goal of maximizing the long-term equity and profitability of the Brands and will be required to show appropriate leadership to the wider business through the leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Robust planning and delivery of the brand strategy and performance across the 4P's, cascading across the cross functional business with clear direction and inspirational ambition to deliver against all growth initiatives.
  • Steward the market and consumer agenda, building on the strong partnership with our central brand development team to influence insight-led core & innovation strategies that deliver our market goals.
  • Lead the Brand Portfolio & 3-2-1 Innovation Pipeline, planning & impactfully implementing global and local innovation, renovation, PPA and outbound licensing initiatives.
  • Partner cross functionally to define and execute optimal consumer-first channel and customer engagement strategies for growth across Grocery and Non-Grocery.
  • Develop and present the annual category growth plans to all key customers in partnership with the Category and Sales teams.
  • Be the local champion of the brand - elevate, engage and inspire internal + external brand passion & belief

What you will bring to the team

  • An experienced marketer with deep personal accountability for delivering brand and business results
  • 7+ years of marketing/brand management experience preferably within FMCG and already at a senior level
