Your new role at NewDay
As Senior Brand Lead, you'll be accountable for brand strategy, governance and visual identity management across our portfolio of corporate and consumer brands.
You'll run content marketing across our brands, managing a team of 3 brand and strategy managers to shape and develop content strategies that drive brand fame, relevance and consistency, working closely with wider marketing teams.
You'll own ATL production briefs - optimising hero broadcast assets working with our in-house agency team and external production partners. Strategy as a Service as part of our in-house agency model also forms part of this opportunity, helping to solve problems and lead across a range of strategic proposition, marketing and communication projects.
The Senior Brand Lead will also handle our Purpose & Community Partnerships strategy, owning the day to day relationship with lead community partner, Family Action. They will lead their team to drive a Purpose plan that brings our purpose to life across internal and external corporate channels.
You'll deliver
- Effective management of our Brand Approval and Governance model
- Delivery of a clear owned channel marketing strategy across our Aqua, Bip and Newpay brands
- Delivery against required ATL production briefs
- Effective partner and campaign management aligned to our Community & Purpose strategy
What you'll bring
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
- Leading multi-brand portfolio, defining positioning strategies to maximise value across teams
- Translating conceptual thinking in a commercial environment and finding appropriate solutions
- Developing clear propositions for brands and products and optimising driven by insight
- Strategy development across proposition, marketing and communications
- Production experience, delivering high quality ATL creative assets (TV, Radio, OOH)
And would love you to know or learn:
- Financial Services marketing/advertising experience
- Activations and events
- Direct Marketing
