We're on the hunt for an experienced Client Operations Senior Manager to join the team. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of our client operations, working closely with our Head of Transformation and Business Services (TBS) to develop, implement, and deliver bold, game-changing operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.
You'll need to be adaptable and versatile and using your collaborative approach, you'll work alongside Heads of Departments and Senior Management within our Business Services & Outsourcing (BS&O) team to align operations and keep us all moving in sync.
Here's what you can expect to get stuck into:
- Create data-driven insights that will serve as the evidence base for operationalising strategy and driving the tactical day-to-day running of our service lines (experience within BS&O ideal)
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our operations, identifying any issues or risks along the way
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest tech advancements and industry trends, finding opportunities to leverage technology and streamline our processes
- Work closely with our Risk & Compliance team to ensure all improvements align with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and relevant standards

- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Experience working in a professional services environment (desirable)
