Overview
We're hiring a Biddable Senior Executive to help shape high-impact digital campaigns for one of the world's most recognisable brands, Samsung. This role sits at the heart of our biddable team within Starcom Performics, where data, creativity and media come together to drive meaningful outcomes. You'll play a hands-on role in activating and optimising global campaigns, while growing your craft alongside a supportive, collaborative team. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the activation, optimisation and performance of paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple global markets
- Translating campaign objectives into clear, well-structured media plans and spend forecasts
- Driving continuous performance improvement through testing, insight and optimisation
- Working closely with planning teams and offshore specialists to deliver seamless execution
- Building clear, engaging performance narratives through reporting and analysis
- Supporting ongoing client conversations with confident, informed input
- Contributing ideas, learnings and best practice to strengthen the wider team
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience working across biddable media, with strength in paid search and/or paid social
- A solid understanding of optimisation principles across major platforms
- Analytical thinking and confidence using data to inform decisions
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills when managing multiple campaigns
- Clear, collaborative communication style with both internal teams and partners
- Curiosity and openness to learning, testing and new ways of working
- A team-first mindset and pride in delivering high-quality work
