• Collation of Bid Submission responses and forming into a cohesive offer to our clients.
• Deputising for Head of bids for meetings and reporting as required.
• Driving process adherence and improvement activities.
• Follow the company governance process obtaining approvals in line with Delegation of Authority.
• Organising and conducting pricing and contractual reviews.
• Co-ordinating with functional departments subject matter experts to product a professional response to requests for price/tender ensuring it addresses the client requirements.
• Collation of client bid feedback information mission to feed KPIs and drive improvement activities
• Assisting and directing other members of the team as requested by HOB.
