We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Bid Coordinator/Designer to join our London Operational Marketing Team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading and managing proposal development to support our expanding Building Engineering Practice and other emerging business groups in the UK. Working closely with Business Group Leads, you will craft compelling proposal documents and interview materials that highlight our engineering expertise with strong and engaging messaging. Additionally, you will take a proactive role in developing strategic client plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support pursuit teams in capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation for project opportunities.
- Oversee the entire bid and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, including gathering critical information, writing compelling responses, and ensuring timely submission to advance through bidding stages.
- Design and format high-quality proposal documents and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign to create visually engaging content.
- Manage client and industry data, track solicitation status, and maintain business development records.
- Support strategic growth planning, including key investment initiatives.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to enhance market share and relationships.
- Implement marketing and branding initiatives, including content creation, social media strategy, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral and drive brand visibility through conferences, sponsorships, and industry events.
- Facilitate internal communications, such as content creation, webinars, and major internal meetings.
- Train and mentor colleagues in best practices for business development, marketing, and document design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory).
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong experience in writing persuasive content based on technical input from subject matter experts.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
- Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
