You'll collaborate closely with our Director of Store Concepts, our regional delivery teams and lead a talented design team to keep our stores at the cutting edge of the optical retail industry.
We're seeking someone dynamic, who has proved they can inspire and lead through a matrix environment, using a high level of emotional intelligence and flexibility of approach, working cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Your role will be crucial in overseeing the design process from conceptual brief to production, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. You'll be the go-to expert, turning regional needs into global solutions that meet our high standards for operational and brand requirements. If you have extensive experience in store design, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset, we want you on our team!
