Join Vega as a Senior Back-end Engineer to build the core infrastructure for alternative asset managers. You'll lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot, integrating our platform with key third-party systems. This role is crucial for transforming the private markets industry, ensuring high-performance and reliable solutions for hypergrowth.

What you will do:

• Lead the design and development of backend services for a B2B SaaS platform, focusing on an open architecture.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems in the private equity ecosystem.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 7+ years of experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Has proven experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
• Proficient with SQL, including migrations (Flyway), and familiar with AWS services and Kubernetes.
