We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Auditor to join our business as we continue to scale.

As the Senior Auditor, you will be working to establish and maintain the internal and external audit processes for ENODA.

You will act as the main representative for all Internal audits, covering technical and corporate in addition to the external facing supplier and manufacturing audits.

You'll spend your time:

• Maintaining the ENODA Audit Schedule
• SOP establishment, development and rollout change implementation
• Conducting internal and external audits, promoting a culture of purposeful continuous improvement
• Providing timely and accurate audit action communication with appropriate improvement actions implemented
• Generating audit metrics and providing input into Management review meetings
• Leading problem-solving and mitigation in all audit-related matters
• Hosting and attending supplier and customer audit visits
• Ensuring compliance and improvement with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation

The key experience we're looking for:

• Industry specialist from a technical background, ideally with electrical or mechanical experience.
• Working knowledge and experience of relevant standards, including ISO standards 9001 and 27001
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and a statistical analysis program
• Able to work within a quality management system
• Experience dealing with suppliers within technical industries

The following would be advantageous:

• Use and deployment of tools such as FMEA, SPC, 5Why, 8D Methods, Problem Solving
• Manufacturing or quality-related qualifications such as Six Sigma, or membership in a professional body
• Experience working in the energy sector or similar regulated sectors
• Experience with project management lifecycle
