Are you interested in supporting companies to build trust and transparency around their ESG and non-financial reporting?

As part of a team of ESG and sustainability professionals and world-class experts, we help customers integrate sustainability into their core business and financial strategy, enterprise risk management, operations, and supply chains, acting as a trusted third party delivering a full suite of assurance and advisory services.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with proven experience in delivering assurance over non-financial reporting products, including ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)/sustainability KPIs, operational and performance metrics and other regulatory disclosures.

Although your focus will be assurance, you will also get the opportunity to lead projects in our other service lines:

  • Sustainable finance advisory
  • Climate change/risk consulting
  • Sustainability strategy
  • Supply chain

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Knowledge and understanding of key non-financial assurance reporting and assurance, standards such as ISAE 3000, AA1000, ISO 14064
  • A sound understanding of the current regulatory environment and upcoming legislation (CSRD, SEC, Green Taxonomy and Sustainable Finance Impact Reporting)
  • Knowledge and understanding of core reporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, GHG Protocol and IIRC is an advantage.
  • Ability to direct the work of multiple project teams efficiently and effectively
  • Accountability towards business development targets with demonstratable performance against these
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to be inclusive, and be clear and concise
  • Excellent oral and written business English communication skills
  • Proactively seeks to identify real customer needs and manages customer expectations accordingly
  • An understanding of conflicting stakeholder needs and the ability to develop solutions to address these
  • Willingness to travel and work around the UK and overseas
