The Opportunity:

EY is searching for a Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual to lead projects and drive business analysis as part of a diverse team serving a portfolio of software solutions. The Tax Application Management team has grown its portfolio from managing one application to overseeing 17 across the tax practice. This expansion highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, with other teams now eager to transition additional applications to us. You will play a crucial role in shaping our expanding application management strategy.

As part of EY's Tax Application Management team, you will be involved in managing multiple projects, implementing new software solutions, and ensuring governance across our portfolio. You will gather business requirements and develop creative strategies to enhance processes for a wide range of clients. This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in project management and business analysis within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, including the implementation of new software solutions.
• Support management in compliance activities and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulation including Infosec, Data Privacy, Disaster Recovery, Independence, Finance, procurement etc
• Gather business requirements for new solutions to develop creative strategies for process improvement.
• Interact with clients to understand their business processes and provide valuable insights.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, to optimise project outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
• Experience in project management and business analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in project management tools and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with self-motivation and proactivity.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
