Senior Associate - RE Disputes

We are looking to recruit a Senior Associate into our Band 1 ranked Real Estate Disputes Team. The position will be based in Manchester.

About the Role
Working as part of this market leading Real Estate Disputes team you will experience a broad range of real estate litigious work, including all manner of property disputes, ranging from landlord and tenant asset management issues to boundary disputes and from rights of light issues to property insolvency. The client base is diverse including large institutional property funds, developers, tenant occupiers, energy companies, and other investors in real estate. The team covers both commercial and residential property.
You will also work closely with the wider Real Estate team who regularly deal with £multi-million pound transactions and act for some of the largest investors in the country.
The team work in multiple offices across the UK, providing a broad, connected service.
About You

- 6+PQE within a real estate disputes team of a major, national or medium sized firm.
- Be able to demonstrate an interest in, and enthusiasm for, the property disputes market.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have the ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management.
- Be commercially orientated with good business acumen and a commitment to innovation.
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be well-organised with strong administration and time management skills and the ability and drive to meet demanding deadlines.
