The Team

The People Business Partner team at A&M is dedicated to driving impactful HR initiatives across the EMEA region. This team works closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring transformational change and long-term value. Joining this team offers the opportunity to work on strategic HR projects, provide counsel to senior leaders, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

How you will contribute

Strategic Leadership & Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business objectives into targeted people solutions.
  • Design and execute region-specific HR initiatives that drive transformational change and long-term value.

Advanced Operational Ownership

  • Manage critical HR processes, including mid- and year-end performance development and reward cycles.
  • Introduce innovative process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience.

Employee Relations

  • Handle lower-risk/complexity employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior HR professionals to resolve complex issues and advise senior management on risk mitigation and best practices.

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects, ensuring seamless integration with broader People Team initiatives.

Data-Driven HR Strategy

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical frameworks to evaluate HR initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Align HR strategies with regional priorities and firm-wide objectives.

Legal, Commercial & Risk Oversight

  • Provide informed advice on legal, commercial, and risk considerations to safeguard the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while driving proactive HR solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven HR experience in a generalist or advisory role within corporate or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and deliver tangible business results.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience advising senior management and mentoring junior team members.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
